Sometimes a Date Night restaurant can be a destination. It can be a place where the meal is the evening’s entertainment. Where lingering over a delicious feast of courses and enjoying the ambiance make you want to stay as long as you can.
A Date Night doesn’t necessarily have to be about two people going out for a romantic dinner. A Date Night could mean a group of friends, co-workers, or family members getting together to share an evening out. Ever since I discovered that Sean Sullivan, the Executive Chef at Aquaterra restaurant, is the son of Teri, one of my co-workers, I’ve been looking for an excuse to invite her to join my wife and me on one of our “date nights.” This coming Mother’s Day provided all the reason I needed to ask “mom” to help us explore the menu her son created.
